Strategic Chief of Finance — Mission-Driven CFO

Miracle Flights seeks a Chief of Finance to lead the organization’s financial strategy, accounting, and treasury in a full-time, in-person role at the Las Vegas office. The CFO will replace the fractional model, recruit and supervise a Finance Manager, and partner with the CEO and Board on strategic decisions and long-term sustainability. The role requires strong nonprofit GAAP knowledge, executive communication, and hands-on financial leadership to ensure rigorous day-to-day operations and
