Key Responsibilities:
Learn how to safely and efficiently operate our production machinery (complete training provided).Communicate daily with team members and supervisors to keep operations running smoothly. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Assist teammates and collaborate to meet daily production goals.
Bilingual Skills:
Fluent English (Spanish optional.)Great Communication: You genuinely enjoy talking to people, getting along with a team, and keeping everyone on the same page.
