What You'll Do: As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for business owners exploring financing options. Working closely with our Revenue leadership team, you will: Speak with business owners seeking financing solutions Conduct discovery conversations to understand their business and funding needs Qualify opportunities and gather initial application information Guide prospective clients through the early stages of the funding process Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline activity Partner with Account Executives and internal teams to deliver an outstanding client experience Consistently meet activity and performance goals while developing your sales skills

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn CRM systems Ability to work full-time from our Melville or Midtown Manhattan office
