Apply for this role →We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead an overnight manufacturing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment and can balance safety, quality, productivity, and employee performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and coach production employees on the night shift
- Plan and assign work, establish priorities, and monitor production schedules
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Partner with quality and other departments to maintain production standards and resolve issues
- Address employee performance, attendance, and development through coaching and accountability
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience supervising manufacturing or production teams
- Strong knowledge of plant operations, safety, and production processes
- Experience with employee coaching, performance management, and team development
- Strong mechanical, technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work an overnight shift and occasional overtime, weekends, or schedule changes as needed
- Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment, including noise, dust, temperature variations, and moving equipment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform other physical activities throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear required PPEForklift experience/certification preferred; training may be provided
- Degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
Compensation & Benefits:
- Up to $37/hour, depending on experience
