Overview: LPN will provide healthcare services to developmentally disabled individuals residing in permanent supportive housing residence.

Requirements: NYS Licensed Practical NurseHigh School DiplomaCPR/BLS Certification Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination Responsibilities:

• Provide medication management to individuals
• Conduct health assessment and counseling to promote recovery, wellness, and optimal health.
