Senior Field Process Engineer - tALD/PEALD/LPCVD (HVM)

ASM International seeks a Senior HVM Field Process Engineer to optimize tALD, PEALD, or LPCVD deposition on XP8 DCM/QCM or Sonora platforms at customer sites. You will lead tool installations, ramp-ups, DOE studies, and process qualifications, delivering stable, high-throughput results. You’ll travel up to 25% to support customers, collaborate with global teams, and develop technical documentation. A strong background in chemical engineering and semiconductor manufacturing is required.
