Head of Major Gifts & Donor Strategy

The Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation seeks a Director of Strategic Gifts to lead its major gifts and individual philanthropy program. You will shape strategy, oversee portfolio development, and drive donor-centric experiences in partnership with the CEO and Chief Advancement Officer. You will supervise Strategic Gifts Officers, set portfolio expectations, advance moves-management, and steward principal donors while coordinating across Advancement, Programs, and Taliesin sites.
