Site HR Leader: Strategy, Talent & Compliance

Safran Electrical & Power in Twinsburg, Ohio seeks an experienced Site HR Manager to lead the full HR function for ~150 engineers and staff. The role reports to the Site Leadership Team, manages one HR Generalist, and oversees onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and offboarding. The position is onsite five days a week and requires strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and project- driven HR transformation experience to support group-wide initiatives.
