The Credit Analyst ensures timely collection of customer payments by analyzing accounts and collaborating with Sales and customers, while managing individual credit metrics and supporting departmental
Responsibilities:
Initiate collection activities for delinquent payments using phone, email, and dunning letters; escalate to Managers or Account Executives as to credit and local inquiries or disputes by phone; create new disputes for controlled accounts. Research financial disputes and inquiries related to customer accounts. Work with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve account issues, discrepancies, and past-due balances. Perform past-due account analysis and monitor credit performance metrics. Support strategic credit department initiatives and process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Collections. Working knowledge of collection practices and past-due account analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
About the Role
Contract Duration: Approximately 1,040 hours (long-term contract assignment).
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Location: On-site in Honolulu, HI (96819).
Travel: None required (0%).
