Coral Gables, Florida. This position is an in-office position. Mid-sized Law Firm in Coral Gables, Florida is seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and detailed-oriented Bankruptcy Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions
Assist attorneys with gathering and organizing documentation from clients
Draft and file motions, notices, and other court documents
Communicate with clients, trustees, and court staff
Maintain client files and case tracking systems
Monitor deadlines and follow up on case developments
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a bankruptcy paralegal (preferred)
Proficiency in bankruptcy case preparation software
Strong understanding of federal bankruptcy rules and procedures
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
