Server- Full Time

Duties & Responsibilities: Preparing the dining area and keeping clean Welcoming guests into the dining area Providing information to help food and beverage selections and offering recommendations Taking and delivering food and beverage orders accurately and promptly making sure that what comes out of the kitchen is correct and appealing before taking it to the table. Periodically check in with customers to make sure everything is going well with their meal, being attentive, and responding to additional requests as needed. Help with basic food prep as needed, and/or perform light cleaning in the dining, serving stations, or kitchen areas. Keep serving stations stocked with ice, soda, etc., as well as keeping their section clean and prepared for new guests. Maintaining dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude Adhering to sanitation standards to keep their guests safe Observe and understand if guest has reached intoxication level & be able to handle the situation Must be people oriented and able to hear and communicate effectively in a noisy environment. Must be able to work in low-light, smoking environment Be responsible for the accuracy of the monies collected Must have ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos All other duties as assigned

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent 21 years of age or older Subject to drug screen within 90 days of employment Ability to pass a background check Ability to work weekends, nights, holidays and day shifts. Ability to perform light physical tasks, exerting up to 25 lbs. of force on a frequent basis Ability to perform such activities as grasping, lifting, reaching, crouching, walking, and carrying. Good verbal and written communication skills. Preferences: One-year serving and/or craft brewery experience. R-Serve. Serve-Safe certification.
