You'd advise domestic and foreign banking organizations and their holding companies across the full prudential framework — capital, liquidity, governance, and risk management — with the client-facing role and regulator-facing credibility that come with a seat at this level. The work includes: Bank holding company and national bank regulatory counseling, including Volcker Rule and CRA matters Affiliate and insider transaction rules, control determinations, and permissible activities and investments Regulatory applications and notices, chartering and licensing, and bank M&AExaminations, supervisory findings, and enforcement before the Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC, and state banking regulators
