Travel Registered Dietician (Clinical) Job

Overview: Registered Dietitian (Clinical) travel assignment in Malone, New York. Start date 10/05/2026 for 23 weeks. Weekly pay $2,056 per week to $2,207 per week. Shift is 8-hour days (40 hours per week) on a 5x8 Day schedule. Setting includes a long-term care nursing home environment. Travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLCResponsibilitiesProvide clinical nutrition services to residents in the long-term care setting and to hospital-based patients and other areas as needed Perform nutrition assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor progress Deliver medical nutrition therapy and education to residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and foodservice staff; serve as a clinical liaison across care areas Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (Joint Commission, NYS Department of Health, CMS) and participate in quality improvement activities Document care plans and outcomes, and provide ongoing clinical support to foodservice personnel
