Federal Capture Leader — Remote-Eligible

Larx, Inc. is seeking a Capture Manager to lead the development and execution of capture strategies across defense, intelligence, and federal markets. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with customers and partners, and coordinate cross-functional work to position Larx for successful awards. This role requires understanding how government customers buy, translating missions into compelling solutions, and guiding opportunities from identification through proposal and award.
