Critical Facility Lead - AI Data Center

Our client is a fast-growing hyperscale Data Center Operator building infrastructure to support top AI labs and enterprises. Data Center Critical Facility Lead What this role does: Senior-most onsite owner of power, cooling, and critical infrastructure (including liquid cooling). This person owns escalations, risk, and uptime across the facility What they’ll own: Escalation point for all facility-related incidents (power, cooling, building systems)Change management for high-risk maintenance Incident response coordination with engineering SMEsOversight of colo partners and maintenance quality Commissioning support (L1–L5) and ongoing reliability initiatives Must-have background: Deep experience with generators, UPS, chillers, cooling systems, electrical distribution Strong understanding of redundancy models (2N, N+1, N+2, concurrent maintainability)Power/cooling capacity planning (TIA-942, ASHRAE)GPU datacenter exposure (H100, B200, GB200)
