Office Location: 1113 S. Signal Butte Rd. Suite 101, Mesa AZ 85208 Office Culture:

Schedule: 2 days a month

Position Qualifications:
- Oral Surgery Residency Certificate
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
- Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
Travel Required: Yes. Must be willing to travel to all 3 offices
