Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspects all assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair.
Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniform including name tag, gloves and goggles.
Performs all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning.
Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift.
Randomly selects assigned rooms to ensure cleanliness.
Perform opening and closing shift duties.
Notifies GM and/or Chief Engineer of maintenance repairs necessary.
Monitor cleanliness of hotel including parking lot and exterior entrances.
Acts as Manager on Duty when required.
Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
Education and Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years in Housekeeping position Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
- Excellent time management skills
