Machinist As a machinist you will develop and sustain machining processes utilizing cutting edge machine tools such as Swiss Style Lathes, Single and Multi-Turret Lathes, and 3 to 5 axis Milling centers. Working closely with R&D on microwave applications, you will influence designs for mechanical components and assemblies, ensure design for manufacturability, facilitate release and support production. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with desire to learn advanced machining skills. This position will require a Career level Machinist with a knack for precision and detail. Must have the willingness to learn, strong teamwork, positive attitude, dedication, and job flexibility are a must. In addition, you will interface with Engineering, Maintenance, and Management as well as production/NPI Schedulers. Experience with any/all the following is highly desired:3 to 5 axis milling Swiss Style Lathes Mill/Turn Machine Center Advanced MetrologyCNC Programming/CAM Programming SoftwareCAD/Solid Modeling Tool Grinding Interpreting specifications including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
