Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction within ground up and/or renovations valued at $20M+ Proficiency with estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar tools.
