What You'll Do: Lead and develop the outside sales team, setting goals and providing ongoing coaching Drive sales strategy and execution across the Cincinnati market Maintain and grow relationships with key builder, contractor, and architect accounts Partner with leadership on pricing, forecasting, and territory planning Support recruiting, onboarding, and performance management of sales staff What You Bring5–10 years of sales leadership experience in the building materials industry Proven track record managing and growing a sales team Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Ability to develop and execute sales strategy in a competitive market Compensation & Benefits Compensation flexible based on experience Mileage reimbursement 401(k) with 4% match Full benefits package (eligible after 90 days)
