1099 Independent Contractor - Sales Representative Optical (Multi Line Reps)

Position Overview: As a 1099 Independent Contractor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving territory sales goals and implementing activities to increase the sell-through of our products. Your efforts will focus on training, merchandising, and conducting events to drive product visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities: • Sales Performance: Actively work to meet or exceed sales targets within your designated territory, employing strategic planning and execution.• Training: Conduct training sessions with retail staff and partners to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote our products effectively.• Merchandising: Implement merchandising best practices to maximize product visibility and consumer engagement in retail locations.• Events: Plan and execute promotional events, in-store demonstrations, Trade shows, Markets and other activities that foster customer interaction and increase brand awareness.• Market Insight: Continuously monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within your territory.• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance. Provide regular updates and insights to management.
