Level 3 SOC (Security Operations Center) Analyst

Job Purpose: The Level 3 SOC (Security Operations Center) Analyst is the senior technical authority on the UDT SOCfloor. The role owns the investigations that Level 1 and Level 2 Analysts escalates, conducts proactive threat hunting and forensic analysis across client environments, and is accountable for the technical quality of UDT's detection and response work in a 24x7x365 multi-client managed-security operation. This is a working technical role, not a supervisory one. The Level 3 Analyst carries no direct reports butprovides the technical mentorship and escalation cover that allow the Level 1 and Level 2 tiers toLooperate, and is expected to raise the capability of the analysts around them as a routine part of the jobrather than as an occasional favor.
