Senior Employment Law & Labor Relations Specialist

Erie County Medical Center Corporation (ECMC) seeks an Employment Law Specialist on a full-time on-site basis in Buffalo. The role supervises and assists with administration of labor and employee relations, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and applicable laws. You will collaborate with management, employees, and union representatives, and may assist in negotiations and policy development. Requires NYS Bar admission and relevant labor relations experience.
