We are seeking a skilled and reliable *Maintenance Technician* to join our team and help maintain our properties to the highest standards. *Responsibilities:** Perform general apartment turnover tasks, including painting and cleaning.

• Conduct routine mechanical maintenance.
• Handle light plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC systems.
• Perform carpentry work, including repairs and minor installations.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances.
• Respond to service requests and emergency maintenance issues.
• Ensure safety and compliance with property maintenance regulations.
• Collaborate with property management and tenants to address maintenance concerns.
