Your Responsibilities: Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering tests, and developing personalized care strategies Diagnosing and managing acute or chronic health conditions independently or in collaboration with physicians, depending on your credentials Instructing patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management strategies Prescribing medication and treatments within your scope of practice Engaging in patient follow-ups and chronic illness management Working alongside interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, patient-centric care Accurately documenting all relevant information in electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Qualifications: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
