Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities Project Execution Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned construction projects Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule and budget Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and installation quality Verify proper installation procedures, materials usage, and system performance Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop field teams Evaluate team performance and support professional growth Enforce company policies including safety, conduct, and uniform standards Project Coordination Communicate daily with Project Engineers regarding: Scheduling MaterialsAdministrative needs Project issues that impact timeline or budget Review plans, specifications, and manufacturer instructions to ensure proper implementation Support change orders, time & material work orders, and estimate reviews Safety & Compliance Maintain strict adherence to all safety standards and procedures Immediately report safety issues, schedule changes, or workforce concerns to management Ensure materials and equipment are used safely and efficiently Client & Trade Relations Maintain professional relationships with: Clients VendorsSuppliersOther trades on site
