Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Customer Service Team and Reverse Logistics team. Assist RMA Technicians with diagnostics and technical evaluations when necessary. Maintain safe and clean work environmentQUALIFICATIONS:·6+ months experience in a relevant field·Experience actively using and learning about computers, gaming, and related consumer electronics·Strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment·Ability to stand for 8 hours a day·Manual dexterity, visual acuity, reaching, bending, frequent lifting and moving up to 50lbs·Ability to work extended daily hours as business volume requires·Effective communication skills
