Multi-Site Resource Center Director

Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona seeks a Director of Resource Centers to lead the Nogales, Green Valley, Amado, and Gabrielle Giffords Resource Centers in Tucson. The role shapes strategy, strengthens food access, and ensures responsive service across sites. You will supervise center managers, foster a collaborative, values-driven culture, and partner with Programs and the COO to align partnerships, outreach, and service delivery with organizational priorities.
