Spa Front Desk Leader & Sales Coach

The Woodhouse Day Spa is seeking a polished, guest-focused Assistant Manager to lead our front-of-house team. This is a working leadership role—you’ll be regularly scheduled on the front desk performing Spa Coordinator duties, so you should expect to be highly guest-facing every week, not solely behind the scenes. You’ll coach hospitality team members to sell retail, maximize the appointment book, and consistently upsell advanced services, while ensuring our guest journey standards are followed
