As aConsumer Care AgentatJOCKEY, you'llhave the opportunity to work for aglobally recognized brandin our corporate Contact Centerlocatedin Kenosha, WI. This role entailsassistingour consumers in placing product orders via phonewhile providing exceptional customer support. After a 2-week training period, you will work a schedule determined in the interview process. Training:2 weeks, Mon-Thursday, 8:00a.m. - 4:30p.m. Shifts after Training: Saturdays required, as well as Mondays and/or Fridays (minimum of 2 days).6–8-hour shifts (times TBD) Hours of operation: M-F: 7:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m./ Saturday- Sunday: 9:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.
Location: For onboarding and training, you will start atourcorporate office in Kenosha. After training, you will workremotelyor on a hybrid schedule. Whatyou'lldo: Answer inbound consumer calls; assistin placing customer orders Respond to consumer inquiries Respond to shippinginquiries; answer order status questions Demonstrative effective problem solving and customer relation skills Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability Enter relevant information into CRM database system after each contact, ensuring pertinent customer data Provide feedback to supervisors on processes and customer interactions as necessary Attend training sessions to continuously improve product and procedure knowledge Whatyou'llneed: High School degree or equivalent One year of experience in a customer servicecall center Solid communication skills, bothverbaland written Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with a positive demeanor Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
