What You'll Be Doing: * Operate and monitor crushing, screening, conveying, and material handling equipment to support safe and efficient production.* Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.* Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate equipment concerns promptly.* Maintain product quality standards while meeting production targets.* Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. What Are We Looking For* Ability to safely operate industrial equipment in a quarry or heavy manufacturing environment.* Mechanical aptitude and capability to identify and resolve routine operational issues.* Strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental compliance.* Dependable team player with effective communication and collaboration skills.* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing production needs.

Conditions of Employment: * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment: * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
