Leasing Consultant: Drive Occupancy & Resident Experience

Capital Square Living is seeking a Living Consultant to be the primary contact for prospective residents and to ensure a welcoming environment at the properties. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy, revenue, and retention goals by handling leasing, move-ins, and renewals. Responsibilities include guiding tours, processing applications, performing background checks, preparing leases, coordinating move-ins, monitoring market conditions, and implementing
