Sales Representative – Fluent in Chinese or Korean Preferred

Car Pros BMW is expanding our sales team and looking for a talented Chinese or Korean Speaking Sales Professional to help us serve our diverse customer base with excellence.

What You’ll Do: Sell or lease new and pre-owned BMW vehicles to walk-in and online customers Be aproduct expert —know your vehicles inside and out, including key features, competitive advantages, and performance specs Deliver compelling vehicle presentations and test drives in the showroom or on the road Use onlylegal and ethicalselling techniques Ensurecertificationsare always up to date per BMW and manufacturer requirements Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals Maintain accurate customer records and communication in Vin SolutionsCRMWork collaboratively within the team and uphold all Car Pros standardsand policies

Qualifications: Previous automotive sales experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right candidate Fluency in Chinese or Korean is highly preferredto better serve our clientele Strong communication and interpersonal skills Motivated, energetic, and a team player Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to meet monthly sales and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) goals
