Responsibilities:
* Prospect and develop new shipper accounts* Build long-term customer relationships* Negotiate rates with carriers and customers* Manage loads from pickup to delivery* Grow profitable and repeat freight lanes* Maintain strong communication with customers and carriers
Requirements:
* Freight brokerage, dispatch, or logistics experience preferred* Strong communication and sales skills* Ability to work independently and stay organized* Experience with DAT, Truckstop, or TMS systems is a plus* Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
