Wide-reaching presence with multiple practices across Scope of Practice: Focused on General Psychiatry. Outpatient setting only Ability to do inpatient rounding if desired Outpatient Details: Flexible schedule tailored to your needs. Options for part-time and full-time roles. 4-day WW can be arranged! Manageable patient load: 20-25 per day. Tele Psychiatry available. Group call rotation: 1:17 (phone consultations only).Opportunities to engage in resident education.
Compensation & Benefits:
Attractive compensation model: Base salary with production bonus.
Estimated base salary: Approximately $350,000+ (DOE), potential up to $400K.
Signing bonus: $35,000.
