Director of Data Science — Remote AI Product & Strategy

Figma is seeking a Director of AI Data Science to lead a team that shapes product strategy and measurement across AI initiatives. You will work with Product, Engineering, Design, and Research leadership to embed data-driven thinking in product development and evaluation of AI-powered agents. The role is full-time and flexible to be based in a US hub or fully remote within the United States, with a strong emphasis on building scalable data platforms and governance.
