Located on lush, manicured lawns and gardens in Framingham, MA, we are just minutes from Route 9 for easy access to the Mass Pike. We are seeking to fill the position of Activities - Life Enrichment Aide on our Short-Term Rehab Unit (Rosarie).  Full-Time shifts available = Mon - Friday; 8:30am to 4:30pm plus 2 Sundays per month. $17 to $19.74 per hour based on skills and experience.  Deficiency Free on Recent Survey! Activities - Life Enrichment Aide Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Desire to engage with the Senior community; experience preferred but not required. Computer literate with training on entering resident care plan codes (MDS), preferred. Must be able to speak, write and understand English. Activities - Life Enrichment Aide Working Conditions: Bending, standing, sitting, lifting, walking and moving intermittently during working hours.  Must assist in the evacuation of residents as necessary.  Activities - Life Enrichment Aide Job Summary: Assist in planning, organizing and implementing activities - movies, parties, games, crafts. Assist the Activity Director with preliminary and comprehensive assessments of the activity needs of each resident. Attend to Resident Care Plans. Develop and maintain a good rapport with all the services involved with the care plan. Encourage resident participation and social communication during group activities and recreation. Assist in the transportation of residents to activities. This is a brief overview of job responsibilities and not intended to be all inclusive.
