What the role looks like Youth Soccer Coach – HFC Hendersonville Highland Football Club (HFC/ABYSA) is looking to add motivated and dependable coaches to our Hendersonville program for the Fall and Spring seasons. We are looking for coaches who have a passion for working with youth players and creating a positive, competitive, and development-focused environment. Coach a youth HFC team during the Fall and Spring seasons Lead two to three training sessions per week Coach weekend games Communicate consistently with players, families, and club leadership Help players develop technically, tactically, physically, and socially Represent HFC professionally on and off the field What we’re looking for Previous coaching and/or playing experience Strong communication and leadership skills A positive, player-first approach Dependability and professionalism USSF D License encouraged A desire to continue growing and developing as a coach What HFC provides Competitive pay Projected compensation: $28-$33 per hour Flexible scheduling Paid training Paid coaching education and professional development HFC/adidas coaching apparel Coaching equipment, including balls, cones, and other training materials Opportunities to grow within the HFC coaching structure
