Responsibilities include:
- Creating content for Henkel's social media channels to showcase our culture, people, and career opportunities
- Conducting research on competitors and industry best practices to identify trends in early-career marketing and translate insights into strategic recommendations for talent attraction
- Assisting with university recruitment planning for Fall 2027, including campus strategy, event support, and other employer branding projects
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources teams on projects that elevate Henkel's brand and employee-centric experiences
