Apply for this role →To support a growing State and Local Government Practice, the full-time Texas Licensed Assurance Senior Associate will lead audit engagements, manage client communications, and supervise staff while working remotely in the greater Dallas Fort Worth area.
Key responsibilities:
Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring quality and compliance
Manage budgets, timelines, and staffing while building relationships with government leaders
Supervise and develop associates, contributing to practice growth through client service excellence
Required qualifications:
3+ years of public accounting experience, preferably in State and Local Government audits
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field with required accounting coursework
CPA license preferred; CPA eligible or actively pursuing certification required
Strong leadership and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements while delivering exceptional client service
