Youth Wellbeing & Resilience Coordinator

Urban Peak seeks a Social and Emotional Coordinator to design, coordinate, and facilitate groups for youth, focusing on resiliency and community. Will also serve special populations and coordinate events celebrating diversity across the agency. Position works with the Clinical Group Facilitator, ensuring trauma-informed environments and safety for youth and staff. Strong communication, data collection, and collaboration across teams are essential.
