Senior Principal Health Actuary Leader (Hybrid)

Mercer is seeking an experienced Health Actuary Leader to join our Actuarial and Financial Consulting teams in a hybrid role across U.S. offices. You will lead client engagements focused on employers’ health benefits strategies, including financial projections, plan design optimization and renewal negotiations. The role requires 15+ years in actuarial work, ASA/FSA credentials, and strong leadership and communication skills. Excel and SAS proficiency is essential.
