Responsibilities include: • Checking guests in and out• Answering phones and assisting with guest questions and concerns• Handling reservations and payments• Providing excellent customer service• Completing overnight front desk and night audit duties• Responding appropriately to guest issues and emergencies• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk area• Preparing reports and ensuring accurate completion of overnight paperwork• Communicating important information to the morning team
