Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6M Contract
Position Background What does this position accomplish for the business? Maintain existing applications and work on developing new applications supported by FDM on FIN360 platforms for various Finance & Accounting business teams including E&I, C&S, M&R, A&C, and Regulatory. DS3 Solution Delivery team within FDM has 4 agile teams with a total of around 25 developers (Onshore and Offshore) primarily working on developing and maintaining finance and accounting data processing and reporting applications and automation for UHC controllership. The primary skills in team are SAS, Big Data/Hadoop (Hive, Spark etc.), Python, SQL skills for relational databases including Oracle, Teradata, DB2 etc.
Required Skills:
5+years of experience as a programmer using SAS, SAS/Macros.5+ years of data analysis experience - ability to work with large volumes of data, disparate relational database and familiarity with various database technologies.5+ years of experience with developing/writing SQL queries.
Ability to understand and support modern large-scale data pipelines to support data integration for reporting & analytics and machine learning features.
Progressive work experience in a data analytics or related role.
Demonstrated analytical, and business acumen.
