Head Sommelier — Luxury Wine Program & Guest Experience

Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas seeks a Lead Sommelier to elevate our wine program and guest experiences. You will oversee procurement, inventory, list development, and service excellence as the resident wine expert for The Mansion Restaurant. You will bring WSET or CMS credentials, luxury hospitality experience, and strong coaching skills to educate and lead our team while collaborating with culinary leadership to maximize guest satisfaction and beverage profitability.
