Senior Counsel — Corporate Finance & Investments

Cedar is seeking a Senior Counsel to lead complex corporate finance and investment transactions from structuring through closing. You will negotiate term sheets, financing documents and governance arrangements, coordinating with internal teams and outside counsel to manage risk and maximize strategic value. The role requires a JD, active bar admission, and 7–10 years of transactional experience, with strong negotiation, drafting and project management skills.
