Registered Behavior Technician (ABA)

Intercare Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA services to children and young adults with autism. In this role, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans, support skill development, and manage challenging behaviors in home and center-based settings. You’ll collect accurate data, collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, schools, and healthcare providers, and participate in ongoing training and supervision. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism in home and center-based settings Implement individualized treatment plans designed by supervising clinicians Collect, record, and report accurate behavior and skill acquisition data Follow behavior intervention plans and use approved reinforcement strategies Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, schools, and healthcare providers to support client goals Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings to enhance clinical skills Maintain client safety and uphold ethical and professional standards at all times Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Behavior data collection and documentation Behavior intervention plan implementation Reinforcement and prompting strategies Managing challenging behaviors safely Electronic health record or data systems Collaboration with clinical teams Parent and caregiver coaching support Basic child development knowledge Professional written and verbal communication Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred CPR/First Aid certification preferred Background check clearance Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
