Volunteers can choose one of three meaningful roles based on how they want to engage. Choose Your RoleGUIDEA flexible, relationship-focused role. Come when you can (no set time commitment) Be a positive, consistent adult presence Listen, encourage, and support youth MENTORA steady, weekly commitment. Meet at least once per week (no specific set day/time required) Help youth set goals and build life skills Provide accountability and encouragement LIFE COACHA long-term, consistent commitment. Meet at least once per week Commit for the length of the youth's participation in the program Support school, work, and life challenges while being a steady voice of hope Why It Matters Young people with caring adults in their corner are more likely to succeed in school, build healthy relationships, and make positive life choices. No experience needed — just consistency, compassion, and a willingness to show up. Training and ongoing support are provided. Who Should Apply? Adults 21+ who are reliable, supportive, and passionate about helping youth succeed.
