Director of Strategic Capture & Pursuits

TekSynap is seeking a Director of Capture Management to own end-to-end capture on our largest pursuits, from pipeline entry through proposal hand-off, with accountability for win probability and go/no-go decisions at each review. You will lead structured opportunity reviews, drive competitive intelligence, shape procurement engagement with government program offices, and maintain actionable pipeline intelligence to sustain forecast accuracy and strategic growth.
