Major Gifts Director - Growth & Strategy Leader

Harvard University in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Director of Development for Major Gifts within the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. This full-time exempt role reports to the Senior Executive Director and leads a team of gift officers across Growth Markets, shaping strategy and donor engagement. You will collaborate with AA&D and FAS colleagues to secure gifts from $500K to $24.9M, develop annual regional plans, and mentor frontline fundraisers while upholding Harvard's values and standards.
